ANDROID APP · ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Sudoku: Brain Trainingaccount and associated personal data from NinePeak Studio.
Send an account-deletion request
Use the same email address connected to your Google/Firebase sign-in when possible. Include your public player name if you use one. Never send us your password, Google password, payment-card details, or authentication codes.
We may verify account ownership
Before deleting cloud data, we may ask for reasonable information needed to confirm that the request relates to your account. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of another player's account.
What will be deleted
After a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or disassociate account-related information that is not required to be retained, which may include:
- Google/Firebase account linkage used by the App;
- cloud-synchronized Sudoku progress and supported saved-game data;
- achievements, statistics, streaks, event and Daily Challenge progress stored with the account;
- leaderboard display data associated with the deleted account, where applicable;
- other account-linked cloud information that is no longer required to provide the service.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, duplicate-purchase prevention, payment reconciliation, accounting, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, direct account identifiers will be removed or replaced with a non-direct identifier.
Local data on your Android device
Deleting a cloud account does not necessarily remove local files already stored on your device. You can remove local App data through Android's app-storage settings or by uninstalling the App. Signing out by itself does not delete your cloud account.
