Data stored on your device

Your current game, settings, statistics and cookie choice are stored in browser localStorage. This data is not automatically synchronized across devices.

Multiplayer room data

When you join multiplayer, the server processes your display name, session token, progress, mistakes, messages and reactions. Room and match history may retain the room code, variant, player count, winner, duration and rankings for up to 365 days. Passwords are hashed; session tokens, puzzle solutions and chat content are not copied into history records.

Optional analytics

If the site owner configures Google Analytics, it loads only after you give consent. Declining analytics does not prevent the game from working.

Sharing and your choices

Nova Sudoku does not sell user data. You can erase local data, decline analytics or leave a room to end your session.
